About Us

The TruBalance is operated by TSU Digital Enterprises LLC, based in Brooksville, Florida.

We sell home recovery equipment: infrared saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs and red light therapy. That is the whole catalog. We do not stock general fitness gear or accessories, because we would rather carry fewer categories and know them properly.

We work with authorized US suppliers and ship their equipment direct to your door. The brands we currently carry include Dreampod, Inergize, Cryospring, Absolute Zero Plunge, RevX Wellness, North Shore Sauna, Wizzisauna, Renew Red Light, Nushape, Blyss Care, Aura Lyyfe and Juvakit. Every product page names the brand and the specification, so you can check the manufacturer before you buy.

What we tell you is what you get. Shipping is free within the United States on every order. Delivery is 6 to 11 business days: 1 to 3 to process and 5 to 8 in transit. Returns run 30 days, and our Return and Refund Policy sets out the costs before you order rather than after.

If you want to speak to someone before buying, call 727-705-2067 Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, or email support@thetrubalance.com.
